East Central Comal County in south central Texas... * Until 215 PM CDT. * At 1104 AM CDT, Local law enforcement reported flooding of the Guadalupe River along River Road. Between 4 and 6 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is ongoing along the river. Please evacuate immediately. If unable to do so, move to higher ground. This is a FLASH FLOOD EMERGENCY for River Road along the Guadalupe River. This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! HAZARD...Life threatening flash flooding. Thunderstorms producing flash flooding. SOURCE...Law enforcement reported. IMPACT...This is a PARTICULARLY DANGEROUS SITUATION. SEEK HIGHER GROUND NOW! Drizzle is precipitation in the form of water droplets which are
smaller than raindrops.
Drizzle is characterized by fine, gently falling droplets and typically does not
impact human habitation in a negative way. The exception to this is freezing drizzle,
a condition where drizzle freezes immediately upon reaching earth's surface.
Freezing drizzle is still less dangerous than freezing rain, but can
potentially result in hazardous road conditions.
